Sans Patrie was formed by Ross Considine and Nick Parker in 2020 as a Tapas and coffee bar… 3 weeks before the first Covid Lockdown! Head Chef Keelan burton came to the fold in late 2020 and since then the restaurant has been focused on creating challenging flavours and menus that push people to discuss what we put in front of them. As the end of 2021 approached we decided to take these philosophies to the next level, creating Taster Menus and Wine Pairings at an affordable price so that everybody can afford to enjoy the service and creative tastes associated with this style of eating. We have since grown in reputation and are hoping to keep bringing excitement and change to the people of Nottingham and beyond!
